We are a husband and wife team, who have a passion for helping people with real estate and development.

Together, we have the right blend of vision, execution, and relationship-building to help so many other homeowners, developers, commercial tenants, and facilities departments to get what they want out of their plans - without getting a headache.

Amanda Salazar Rémy complements Dom’s expertise with a proven background in business management, operations, and partnerships. Amanda’s career includes leadership roles at Convoy, Expedia Group, Teach For America, and United Way, where she managed multimillion-dollar accounts, developed strategic partnerships, and led high-performing teams.

Most recently, she led as Director, Property Management overseeing operations and hospitality for Dremy Homes, optimizing property performance and guest satisfaction. Amanda holds an MBA from Washington State University and a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA, bringing both analytical rigor and people-first leadership to Walk Your Plans.

Dominique Rémy brings more than a decade of experience in real estate, tech, construction, and entrepreneurship. As Principal of Dremy Investments, LLC and Remy Construction, LLC, Dominique has built 146 units over the past three years, spanning spec homes, multifamily projects, and affordable housing. He co-founded the 1DROP collective, a nonprofit and business venture supporting diverse developers, and has a professional background that bridges education, product management, and technology including 4-years at Facebook/Meta.

In 2025, he was awarded Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and the HousingWA’s Friend of Housing Emerging Leader Award.
