Payment Terms

ALL SERVICE AGREEMENTS ARE GOVERNED BY WALK YOUR PLANS LLC'S STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.  ANY PROPOSAL THAT INCLUDES DIFFERENT OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS THAT VARY FROM WALK YOUR PLANS LLC'S STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE ARE OBJECTED TO AND DISALLOWED.  NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ANY SUCH COUNTERPROPOSALS BY CLIENT SHALL NOT OPERATE AS A REJECTION OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, BUT AS A REJECTION OF THE ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERM(S) OR CONDITION(S).

 1. Payment Required at Booking

All sessions booked through Calendly or other payment providers require payment in full at the time of scheduling, unless otherwise agreed upon. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed through Calendly’s integrated provider (Stripe). Walk Your Plans accepts major credit cards and debit cards.

3. Pricing

Session pricing is displayed on the event booking page and reflects the rate in effect at the time of scheduling. Promotional pricing, discounts, or package credits must be applied at booking and cannot be retroactively added.

4. Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please see the rescheduling policy below.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment at no cost.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment results in a $150 reschedule fee.

  • “No-shows” or missed appointments without notice are not eligible for reschedule or credit.

6. Late Arrival Policy

Your session will end at the originally scheduled time.
If you arrive late by more than 20 minutes, Walk Your Plans may treat the appointment as a no-show.

7. Multi-Session Packages & Credits

If you purchase a 6-pack or other multi-session bundle:

  • Credits must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions follow the same cancellation/rescheduling policy as standard bookings.

8. Changes or Cancellations by Walk Your Plans

If Walk Your Plans needs to reschedule or cancel due to technical, staffing, or facility reasons, you will receive:

  • A priority reschedule window plus

  • A full credit applied to a new booking time
    WYPs does not provide refunds but will work to ensure you are promptly rebooked.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback violates these terms. WYPs will contest chargebacks with documented proof of service, booking logs, and Calendly records.

10. Agreement to Terms

By booking through Calendly or any payment providers, you acknowledge and agree to these Payment Terms and the Walk Your Plans Terms of Services Policies.
