1.4 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe and Calendly, and invoicing is supported through Xero.
We do not store full credit card numbers.

  • Use data to refine, enhance, or develop new products, workflows, or customer experiences

  • Use AI to summarize, categorize, or analyze customer projects and communication

  • Use AI for risk reduction, fraud prevention, or operational insights

We do not sell personalized data for third-party AI model training.

2.5 Legal, Safety, and Compliance

  • Preventing fraud

  • Enforcing our Terms of Use

  • Complying with laws, subpoenas, or law enforcement requests

2.6 SMS

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
